Dean´s Barbecue 2026

4:30 PM – 9:00 PM

Annual party for students and faculty management to kick off the new academic year. Come and find out that deans are only human too, and enjoy a fun afternoon with goodies not only from the grill. The event will be attended by the deans of the campus faculties - medical, science, sports -and the faculty of pharmacy, which is soon to move, and other representatives of their management. The deans will volunteer to field questions in an "Ask the Dean" panel, and explore the campus in a cryptographic game for prizes. The afternoon will include sports and other leisure activities, music and, of course, there will be good food and drink.

Researchers' Night 2026

How do cells, plants, and animals communicate? What do signals from space reveal to us, and how do modern technologies exchange information? Come and discover the fascinating world of science at this year’s Researchers' Night, dedicated to the theme of "Communication".

Wellbeing days: Conference on wellbeing and mental health care

On 10 October, we mark World Mental Health Day. To mark the occasion, the Counselling Centre is organising the ‘Wellbeing Days’ conference for the third time for MU students and staff, offering an opportunity to learn more about the importance of mental health and ways to look after one’s mental wellbeing and build mental resilience.
